B&W also redsigned the chassis for the entire system with the goal of drastically decreasing vibrations caused by bass frequencies. On the back panel of the system, three buttons near the top control Volume Up, Volume Down, and Play/Pause. But what's more telling is where we hear the bass—the sub-bass synth hits that punctuate the beat have a fullness to them for sure, but the most powerful low frequency presence in the mix is actually the sustain of the kick drum loop—a thump that packs plenty of punch. On top of the unit sit three buttons – volume up, volume down and play/pause. Free delivery Free 30 day returns 2 year warranty QTY: 1 ... To put it another way, if you have several devices and computers using your wireless network, you can expect the stream to stutter. Apple AirPlay, Spotify Connect and Bluetooth v4.1, 2 x 25mm Double Dome tweeters, 2 x 90mm FST mid-range drivers. It fills the room, but not with an amorphous wave – sounds are precisely placed and cleanly separated within the stereo image. The higher register strings, brass, and vocals are delivered with a clarity and sheen that is rarely found in consumer-level speaker systems (if that's what we're calling a $700 option). Select Zeppelin Wireless from your device’s Bluetooth list, enter 1234 if prompted for a code. Bluetooth setup is also routine, but the pizzicato string stabs that confirm a successful connection to your device are worth a mention – a classy touch from a classy speaker. Deviating from the Zeppelin’s distinctive airship silhouette would be like McDonald’s ditching the golden arches – unthinkable. We use industry standard tests in order to compare features properly. Please select a category. Orchestral tracks, like the opening scene in John Adams' The Gospel According to the Other Mary, allow the Zeppelin Wireless to truly shine. Subtlety and finesse are its main assets. Zeppelin Wireless (Recertified) State-of-the-art hi-fi technology combined with seamless wireless playability thanks to AirPlay®, Bluetooth® aptX™ and Spotify® Connect. Play Gretchen Parlato’s stripped-back jazz version of “Holding Back The Years” and the singer’s sultry voice has detail and texture, lending intimacy to the performance. The result is a graceful design piece that also outputs impressive clarity in the highs, richness in the lows, and subtle depth in the sub-bass realm. Its specially designed glass fibre ribs strengthen the structure in key areas. DesignThe speaker retains the same, well, Zeppelin-like contour of its predecessors. If a focus on high frequency, clarity and rich bass—without exaggerating the sub-bass realm too much—sounds ideal to you, but you lack the funds for a $700 speaker, the good news is that there are plenty of solid, less expensive Bluetooth options. ’ s bass remarkably solid and hefty, with a front fascia some 50 % than...
